统筹城乡背景下重庆农村职业教育经费支出机制研究

摘　　要：以重庆市中职教育为例,结合近年来中国教育经费统计情况以及全国教育经费执行情况相关数据,分析重庆市农村职业教育经费支出情况,发现重庆市存在整体公共财政教育支出机制有待优化,政府对于农村职教的重视程度不够,生均公共财政预算公用经费负增长,经费支出结构有待进一步优化等问题。需要建立公共财政教育支出增长的长效机制,健全农村职业教育经费支出统筹机制,优化农村职业教育经费支出结构。According to statistics data analysis of the national education fimds and its implementation, the article takes secondary vocational education in Chongqing as an example to analyze funds expenditure of vocational education in rural areas of Chongqing. There are some problems such as： the overall public expenditure on vocational education system needs to be optimized; the degree of government emphasis on rural vocational education is not enough; the average public budget public fimds is negative growth; the expenditure structure needs to be further optimized. It is necessary for Chongqing city to establish long-term mechanism for improving of public expenditure on vocational education, optimizing the overall mechanism of rural vocational education expenditure, and optimizing the structure of rural vocational education expenditure.
