摘　　要：在某公司的双钢带辊子链式连续平压压机上,以生产的7mm地板基材为基准,选择钢带运行速度、板坯含水率、热压曲线、热压高压压力、低压压力、热压温度等参数进行了压制实验,并按照国家标准对产品进行了物理力学性能检测,经过分析得出了生产平坦型断面密度分布(VDP)的基础数据和工艺方法,为国产化双钢带辊子链式连续平压压机的运用提供了技术依据。The text was done through the continuous hotperss, which produced by Yanbian Wangqing Linguan Limted Company, by electing the major parameters such as steel belt speed, panel moisture content, hot-pressing carve, high and low hot pressing pressure and hot-pressing temperature, the plysical and mechanical perfor mance test was detected acording to the national standard, obtained the tata base and technology of flat pattern panel, providing the technology for the production of continuous press machine of domestic.
