摘  要:针对封边机预铣吸尘罩吸尘效果差、板材颗粒飞溅等问题,建立吸尘罩内部流场数学模型,对流场的流动情况进行分析。按照吸尘罩内部流场的实际尺寸和工作参数,利用Fluent软件进行数值模拟,模拟结果显示吸尘罩内部流场具有不均匀性。从吸尘口与板材间的距离、流场截面突变和加装导流装置三个方面对现有吸尘罩进行优化发现:减小吸尘口与板材间的距离、减小流道突变和增加导流装置后,吸尘罩内部流场的流动性得到很大改善。现场实际应用表明,改进后的吸尘罩吸尘效果得到明显提高,故研究成果对解决类似工程问题,具有一定的理论和参考价值。To improve the poor suction effect and splash plate particles problems of pre-milling dust cover of automatic edge-banding machine, the paper provides the solution, which contains the mathematical model of internal flow field of dust cover and the analysis of the flow field. Based on the mathematical model of internal flow field of dust cover, using fluent software to simulate the internal flow according to the actual size and operating parameters of dust cover, the result shows the internal flow field of dust cover is non-uniformity. Then, according to the result of simulation, the optimizing the dusty cover from the aspects of the distance between dusty cover and plate, the cross-section of flow field and the installation of deflector, the optimization result shows the internal flow field of dust cover can be greatly improved through reducing the distance between dusty cover and plate, reducing the cross-section mutations and increasing deflectors. The application indicated the suction of dust cover had been improved significantly. In conclusion, the research result has great theory and reference value.
