摘　　要：为了培养具有实践创新能力的实用型人才,通过对多所学校体育教学现状的调查,深入分析不同专业、不同体育教学方式的特点,充分剖析不同专业就业对学生身心的需求,根据学校自身实际情况,建立以专业为中心的精准体育教学模式.使学生能够通过合理的体育教学和科学的体育锻炼过程,提高与职业岗位相适应的身体素质和心理素质的目标,为完善学生人格发展,提升应职应岗能力,促进高质量就业打下坚实基础.In order to cultivate practical talents with innovative ability in practice,through the investigation of the current situation of school sports teaching in several colleges,the characteristics of different majors and different sports teaching mode are analyzed and students’ physical and psychological needs in different professional employment are dissected.According to the school’s actual situation,a specific teaching mode focusing on majors is built to make the students improve and adapt to the occupation through physical education and scientific physical exercise and lay a solid foundation for improving the development of students’ personality,enhancing their ability in occupation and promoting high quality employment.
