美国高校学生事务管理的演变历程及启示

摘　　要：美国是一个典型的移民国家,高校建立到发展经历了几百年的历史,取得了举世瞩目的成就,美国在发展高校的过程中,在管理学校方面摸索出了独到的经验。文章主要介绍有关美国高校学生事务管理工作的发展历程、特点以及带给我们的启示意义。美国高校学生事务管理经历了四个阶段的演变历程,在发展的过程中呈现出了一些特点,通过了解美国高校学生事务管理的发展史,学习借鉴其管理学生的成功经验,为解决我国在学生事务管理工作中遇到的问题提供参考。USA is a typical country of immigrants and its earliest universities have a history of several hundred years with conspicuous achievements and praiseworthy governance experience. This paper gives a historical study of the four-stage development of the student-affairs management in American universities and their features and implications, which can shed some light on the solution of the management problems in Chinese universities.
