摘　　要：目的探讨偏执型精神分裂症患者血浆多巴胺β-羟化酶(DBH)活性与临床症状及DBH基因型之间的关联性。方法选择85名偏执型精神分裂症患者作为受试者,测定患者的血浆DBH活性、DBH基因(rs1611115和rs1108580)多态性和阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)。结果偏执型精神分裂症患者DBH活性与PANSS总分及各因子评分均呈负相关(P<0.05)。首发偏执型精神分裂症患者PANSS总分及阳性症状、阴性症状因子分与血浆DBH酶活性均呈负相关(P<0.05)。rs1611115 CC基因型携带者PANSS总分及阳性症状分、一般精神病性症状分低于CT/TT基因型携带者(P<0.05)。结论偏执型精神分裂症患者临床症状的严重程度与血浆DBH活性有关,这可能是由DBH基因多态性介导的。Objective To explore the relationship among the plasma dopamine β-hydroxylase （DBH） activity, DBH genotype and clinical symptoms in patients with paranoid schizophrenia. Methods A total of 85 patients with paranoid schizophrenia were selected and assessed with DBH enzyme activity, genotype at two SNPs （rs1611115 and rs1108580） on DBH and Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS）. Results Plasma DBH activity was negatively correlated with total score and all factor scores of PANSS in patients with paranoid schizophrenia（P 〈0.05）. In patients with first-episode paranoid schizophrenia, plasma DBH activity was negatively correlated with total score and factor scores of positive symptoms, negative symptoms （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total score and factor scores of positive symptoms and general psychopathology of PANSS in patients with rs1611115CC genotype were significantly lower than those in patients with CT/TTgenotype （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The plasma DBH activities are correlated with clinical symptoms in patients with paranoid schizophrenia, which may be mediated by DBH gene polymorphisms.
