摘　　要：目的分析宁夏汉族人群CD2AP的rs9296559位点多态性与晚发性阿尔茨海默病（LOAD）是否存在关联。方法采用病例-对照研究,提取研究对象的外周血DNA,用ARRAY i PLEX行CD2AP基因的rs9296559位点单核苷酸多态性（SNP）的表达分布情况。结果 LOAD组和对照组的C等位基因频率分布比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001,OR=1.52,95%CI：1.18-1.97）。结论 CD2AP基因与宁夏汉族人群LOAD有相关性,其rs9296559 SNP位点C等位基因为危险等位基因。Objective To analyze the association between CD2 AP and rs9296559 polymorphisms of LOAD in Ningxia Han population. Methods For the casecontrol studies,all subjects＇ peripheral blood DNA was extracted,distribution of single nucleotide polymorphisms（SNP） in the rs9296559 locus of CD2 AP gene by ARRAY i PLEX. Results The frequency distribution of C allele in the LOAD group and the control group was statistically significant（P 〈0.001,OR = 1.52,95% CI ：1.18 - 1.97）. Conclusion CD2 AP gene is associated with LOAD in Ningxia Han population,the C allele of rs9296559 locus of SNP is a risk allele.
