口腔修复用钛及钛合金在老年咬合接触的应用比较

摘　　要：目的研究口腔修复中采用钛和钛合金对老年患者咬合接触的影响。方法研究起止时间为2014年3月~2015年3月,对象选择为口腔修复治疗的牙缺失老年患者72例,以修复材料的不同将其分为研究组(钛合金种植体修复,36例)和对照组(纯钛种植体修复,36例);对照分析两组修复效果及咬合接触情况。结果研究组咀嚼效率、EMG以及咬合力均高于对照组,差异显著。随访不同时间段内,研究组咬合力、EMG恢复均高于对照组。结论老年牙缺失患者口腔修复治疗采用钛合金种植体修复疗效优于纯钛种植体修复,能够形成完整的骨性整合,有效恢复咬合接触面及其功能,具有广泛的临床应用前景。Objective Study on the effect mouth rehabilitation using titanium and titanium alloy contact in elderly patients. Methods occlusion from March 2014 to -2015 in March, 72 cases of elderly patients w!th missing teeth were selected as an participants, to repair the different materials which can be divided into study group （titanium alloy im- plants. 36 cases） and control group （pure titanium implants, 36 cases） ; contact analysis and repair effect of the two groups were compared. Results occlusal study group masticatory efficiency, EMG and masticatory effciency were higher than the control group, the difference was significant. During different period, the masticatory effciency , EMG recovery from study group are higher than those from the control group. Conclusions aged edentulous patients treated with titani- um alloy dental implant restoration effect is better than that of pure titanium implant osseointegration repair, can form a complete, effective recovery of occlusal contact surface and the function, has wide application prospect in clinical application.
