分析老年性乳腺癌采用保乳联合前哨淋巴结活检手术的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:研究保乳术联合前哨淋巴结活检手术治疗老年性乳腺癌的效果。方法:对我院收治的老年性乳腺癌患者进行随机选取,将60例患者作为本次研究对象并分为两组,分组标准为手术时间,将传统改良根治术应用于30例对照组患者中,将保乳联合前哨淋巴结活检应用于30例研究组患者中,将两组的相关情况进行对比。结果:研究组患者的手术时间比对照组长,但是拔管时间短于对照组,同时术后出血量以及引流量比对照组少,差异经对比P<0.05,统计学意义存在。结论:对于老年性乳腺癌患者,联合使用保乳以及前哨淋巴结活检术的价值更大。Objective：to study the joint of sentinel lymph node biopsy breast augmentation surgery for the treatment of senile breast cancer.Methods：the senile breast cancer patients were randomly selected from our hospital,60 patients as the research object and can be divided into two groups,group standard for operation time,the traditional applied in 30 cases of control group in patients with modified radical,breast will protect the joint application of sentinel lymph node biopsy in 30 patients with the team,to compare two groups of related condition.Results：patients with team operation time than the contrast group,but the extubation time shorter than the control group,at the same time,postoperative blood loss and less traffic than the control group,difference between contrast P〈0.05,there is statistically significant.Conclusion：for patients with senile breast cancer,combination of bao milk as well as a greater value of sentinel lymph node biopsy.
