甲硝唑瘘管术治疗瘘管型慢性根尖周炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察甲硝唑瘘管术治疗痿管型慢性根尖周炎的效果。方法:选择来我院治疗瘘管型慢性根尖周炎的患者70例,随机将其分成两组,每组35例。对照组使用碘酚瘘道烧灼法,治疗组使用甲硝唑瘘管术。观察两组疗效。结果:在治疗7d后,对照组总有效率低于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗1年后,对照组治愈率低于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用甲硝唑瘘管术治疗瘘管型慢性根尖周炎可以有效的提高患者治愈率,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床治疗中大力推广。Objective：To investigate the treatment of metronidazole fistula fistula chronic periapical effect.Methods：to our hospital fistula chronic periapical 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group iodine phenol cauterization fistula,fistula surgery metronidazole treatment group.Observation of the two groups.Results：After treatment 7d,the control group,the total effective rate lower than the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）s after 1year of treatment,the cure rate is lower than the control group,the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Metronidazole fistula treatment of chronic periapical fistula can effectively improve the cure rate and improve the quality of life of patients in the clinical treatment worth promoting.
