摘 要:风电的规模化发展对电力系统造成了很大影响,因此利用复合储能系统进行并网风电的波动平抑具有重要意义。首先,利用经验模态分解(empirical mode decomposition,EMD)将风电分解为不同的固有模态函数(intrinsic mode function,IM F)分量,通过不同的策略对比,挖掘风电并网的选取原则,在兼顾储能经济性的条件下使其得到有效平滑。然后,以储能爬坡功率为约束,对比选取不同的控制策略,实现蓄电池和超级电容器之间的功率分配。最后,通过算例分析验证了控制策略的有效性,为风电功率波动的平抑提供参考。Large-scale development of wind power brings great influence on the power system,so it has important practical significance to smooth grid-connected wind power fluctuation using hybrid energy storage. Firstly,wind power is decomposed into different intrinsic mode function( IMF) components by empirical mode decomposition( EMD),and the selecting principle of grid-connected wind power is obtained by contrasting several strategies. Then,wind power fluctuation mitigation can be implemented effectively in condition of considering the economy of the energy storage. In addition,power allocation between battery and supercapacity can be acquired by comparing different control strategies based on energy storage ramp power constraints. Finally,the validity of the control strategy is verified by case studies,which provides a reference for wind power fluctuation mitigation.
