摘 要:精确控制地毯织造工艺,关键是建立可靠的簇绒针系统。首先设计了簇绒针系统的机械结构,利用矢量环方程法和MATLAB仿真软件,计算得到簇绒针的运动学特性。结果发现,簇绒针的速度、加速度过大,影响织造工艺和构件使用寿命。然后,以簇绒针的速度、加速度为优化目标,利用ADAMS软件进行多目标优化设计。通过对比优化前后数据可知,簇绒针的最大加速度减小了34.4%,最大速度减小了30.9%,最终确定了簇绒针传动机构铰点位置的最优设计值,为提花地毯织机的后续设计应用提供参考。To control the carpet's weaving process precisely, constructing the reliable tufting needle system is the key. Firstly, the mechanism of the tufting needle system was designed. The needle's kinematic characteristics were calculated by using the vector loop equation and MATLAB software. Then velocity and acceleration of needle were indicated too large by the results, which had effects on weavingprocess and the mechanism's lifetime. Next, velocity and acceleration of needle were chosen to be the optimal objects and ADAMS was chosen to proceed with multi-objective optimization design. After comparing the optimized data with initial ones, maximum velocity decreased 34.4% and maximum acceleration decreased 30.9%. Finally, optimal design values of pivat locations were determined This database provides reference for the jacquard carpet loom's later design and application.
