保定市郊土壤重金属污染对蔬菜营养品质的影响

摘　　要：通过野外调查采样,对保定市郊污灌区、清灌区土壤、蔬菜体内重金属Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn含量及蔬菜营养品质指标(粗纤维、粗蛋白、还原糖)进行检测分析。结果表明,保定市郊污灌区土壤及蔬菜体内重金属含量明显高于清灌区;蔬菜对重金属的吸收量表现出复杂的交互作用;蔬菜营养品质指标也表现出清灌区优于污灌区的特性。Heavy metals Pb,Cd,Cu,Zn in soil,v egetables and vegetable nutrition q uality in the areas irrigated by eith er fresh or wastewater were examined and evaluated through investigating in fields in Baoding.The results showed that:contents of heavy metals in vegetables from irrigated by wastewater were significantly higher th an those by fresh water irrigated.It has been shown that ab-sorbing capacity of heavy metals by v egetable exhibited complex effect of pollution;the vegetable nutritio n quality from fresh water irrigated area was better than that f rom wastewater irrigated area.
