摘　　要：结直肠癌多见于中老年患者,但近几年来青年患者也逐渐增多,这引起了很多学者的重视与研究,目前仍有诸多争论.现回顾性分析既往文献,从青年患者病理学特点、青年患者和老年患者年龄界值的划分、青年患者的预后及早期筛查与诊断等方面进行综述.Colorectal cancer （CRC） generally occurs in older patients, however the proportion of young patients with CRC is increasing in recent years, which has drawn lots of scholar′s attention, but their research results were controversial. The current literature from several fields, including clinicopathological characteristic of young CRC patients, the optimal age cutoff between young and elder CRC patients, and the prognosis, early screening and diagnosis in young CRC patients will be reviewed.
