摘　　要：目的通过对新疆南部地区新生儿疾病筛查(简称新筛)基层工作人员的现状调查,了解新筛工作中存在的问题及各种影响因素,并针对主要问题提出改进措施。方法选择新疆南部地区44个县市采血机构的新筛工作人员进行问卷调查,采用Logistic回归方法对影响新筛工作开展的相关因素进行分析。结果回收有效问卷244份,维吾尔族工作人员占75.00%,初级职称占79.51%、专职从事新筛工作的仅占29.92%。经Logistic回归模式进行多因素分析,工作人员的职称(P=0.013)、是否有专职的新筛工作人员(P=0.00),新筛工作年限(P=0.014)及上级是否定期督导检查(P=0.034)对筛查率的上升的影响,其差异有统计学意义。结论工作人员是否专职以及上级部门对新筛工作的重视程度直接影响筛查率的提高。针对新生儿筛查工作人员的培训模式的转变对新生儿筛查工作的发展至关重要。Objective To find existing problems in neonatal screening in primary hospitals and its influencing factors through a survey of neonatal screening staffs in southern Xinjiang and to provide improvement measures for main problems. Methods Neonatal screening staffs from 44 county blood collection agencies were selected for questionnaire survey,and influencing factors of neonatal screening were analyzed by using Logistic regression model. Results A total of 244 valid questionnaires were included in the study. Uighur staffs accounted for 75.00%,primary title staffs accounted for 79. 51%,and full-time neonatal screening staffs accounted for 29. 92%. Multiple influencing factor analysis with Logistic regression model showed that difference in impacts on neonatal screening frequency of following factors such as professional title（ P = 0. 013）,possession of full-time neonatal screening staff（ P = 0. 00）,working life of neonatal screening staff（ P = 0.014） and regular inspection and supervision from superior level（ P = 0. 034） had statistical significance. Conclusion Availableness of fulltime staff and emphasis on neonatal screening work by authorities directly affects screening rates. Transformation of training mode of newborn screening staff is essential for development of neonatal screening.
