摘 要:实践概念内涵丰富,但当前对实践概念解读流于表面,缺乏明晰的界定,同时适用性的理论框架和建立在实证研究基础上的测量方法的空白,使得一系列与之相关的概念内涵不明晰、相关测量准确性不高,成为制约实践相关各个理论发展的主要障碍,文章以党的群众路线教育实践活动为切入点,尝试构建"实践力"概念体系及测评指标体系,以实现量化测评具体实践活动的目的,并根据测评结果对实践主体进行排名和诊断,发现并解决具体实践活动的问题,给出解决思路。Abstact: Practice concept connotation is rich, but the current practice of the interpretation of the concept of superficial, the lack of a clear definition, at the same time measurement method based on empirical research and theoretical framework of the applicability of the blank, made a series of related concept is not clear, the relevant measurement accuracy is not high the situation,has became the main obstacle to the development of practice correlation of each theory, therefore, the party's mass line educational practice as the breakthrough, try to construct the "practice" concept system and evaluation index system, in order to realize the quantitative evaluation of the specific practice, and according to the evaluation result of practical subjects are ranked and diagnosis, find and solve the practice problems, give solutions which is consistent with the actual, put forward effective suggestions, ideas and policies for benign essential guidance.
