车前子酚类成分的研究

摘　　要：目的研究车前子Plantaginis Semen中的酚类成分。方法车前子65%、95%乙醇提取物采用大孔树脂、硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20、制备柱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为(+)-(7R,7'R,8S,8'S)-新橄榄树脂素(1)、(+)-古柯愈创木基甘油-β-阿魏酸乙酯(2)、圣草酚(3)、木犀草素(4)、金圣草素(5)、羟基酪醇(6)、(E)-3,4-二羟基苯亚甲基丙酮(7)、阿魏酸(8)、5,7-二羟基色原酮(9)。结论化合物2~3、6~7、9为首次从车前属植物中分离得到,化合物5为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the phenols from Plantaginis Semen.METHODS The 65% and 95% ethanol extracts of Plantaginis Semen were isolated and purified by macroporous resin,silica,ODS,Sephadex and preparative column,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as（＋）-（7R,7’ R,8S,8’ S）-neo-olivil（1）,erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-ferulic acid ether（2）,eriodictyol（3）,luteolin（4）,chrysoeriol（5）,hydroxytyrosol（6）,4-（3,4-dihydroxyphenyl）-（E）-3-buten-2-one（7）,ferulic acid（8）,5,7-dihydroxychromone（9）.CONCLUSION Compounds 2-3,6-7 and 9 are isolated from genus Plantago for the first time,compound 5 is first obtained from this plant.
