云南省某高校学生视力情况及影响因素的分析

摘　　要：目的调查云南省某高校大学生视力情况并分析影响因素。方法选取云南省某高校13 667名大学生为研究对象,对学生的视力情况进行调查并采用二元Logistic回归分析方法对学生视力低下的影响因素进行分析。结果本次检查中视力低下者10 935人,占80.0%。视力低下学生的检出率在性别、年龄、民族、体质量4个方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析结果表明,学生视力情况的影响因素有年龄、性别、民族、体质量。结论让学生养成合理的生活方式及用眼习惯,并适当增加体质量,可以有效预防视力低下。Objective To investigate the eyesight of students and its influences of certain college in Yunnan Province. Methods In Yunnan Province a total of 13 667 college students were studied to research their eyesight, and Binary Logistic analysis was applied to analyze factors causing poor eyesight. Results In this research the eyesight of 10 935 students（80% ） were poor. And the relevance ratio showed significant differences on 4 aspects of gender, age, nationality and body mass（P〈0.05）. The results of Binary Logistic analysis revealed that age, gender, nationality and body mass had influence on the students＇ eyesight. Conclusion developing rational living style and good habits of using eyes, and properly increase body mass could prevent poor eyesight.
