摘 要:目的:探讨PBL教学法在子宫肌瘤实习培训中的应用及效果。方法:选择2013年8月-2015年2月北京市某医院妇产科实习医生90名,所有实习生以教学班为单位随机分为实验组与对照组(各45名),实验组在子宫肌瘤教学时采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法,实习时间均为3个月。结果:实验组的平时成绩、课堂表现、技能考核与期末成绩都明显高于对照组(P=0.000);实验组的专业知识、专业技能、科研能力与专业思想评分都明显高于对照组(P=0.000);实验组的筛查准确率为97.8%,对照组为88.9%,实验组明显高于对照组(P=0.000)。结论:PBL教学法在子宫肌瘤实习培训中的应用丰富了教学内容,能提高学生的知识掌握水平与综合素质,从而有利于学生临床筛查准确率的改善,有很好的应用价值。Objective: To discuss the applying effects of PBL teaching methods in uterine fibroids internship training. Methods: From August 2013 to February 2015, 90 interns were selected from gynecology and obstetrics department in a hospital in Beijing.All interns were randomly divided into experimental group and control group equally( each group of 45 cases).The experimental group wasgiven PBL teaching method for 3 months during the training of uterine fibroids as well as the control group was giventraditional teaching methods. Results :The usually grades, classroom performance, skills assessment and final grades of the experimental group were much higher than the control group(P= 0.000). The professional knowledge, professional skills, research ability and professional thinking scores of the experimental group were obviously higher than the control group( P= 0.000). The accuracy of the screening of the experimental group and the control group were 97.8% and 88.9% respectively and the experimental group was significantly higher (P= 0.000). Conclusion: The PBL teaching methods in the training of uterine fibroids enriched the teaching content, improved students'knowledge mastery level and general ability, which would help to improve the accuracy of students' clinical screening and had better application values.
