光固化流体树脂进行窝沟封闭对儿童龋病防治的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨光固化流体树脂封闭剂进行窝沟封闭防治儿童龋病的效果。方法选取2013年5月至2014年6月口腔门诊进行口腔保健的6~10岁儿童120例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组60例。试验组采取光固化流体树脂封闭剂进行窝沟封闭,对照组采取传统可见光封闭剂进行窝沟封闭,对2组儿童进行2年随访调查,比较防治效果。结果对于无龋牙,试验组第1年、第2年的窝沟封闭剂完全保留、部分保留率均显著的高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组第2年的窝沟封闭剂完全脱落率显著的低于对照组(P<0.05);对于早期龋牙,试验组第1年、第2年的窝沟封闭剂完全保留、部分保留率均显著的高于对照组患者(P<0.05);试验组第2年的窝沟封闭剂完全脱落率显著的低于对照组患者(P<0.05);对于无龋牙、早期龋牙,试验组第1年、第2年的患龋率均低于对照组患者,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论光固化流体树脂封闭剂进行窝沟封闭的稳定性更好,防治效果可能需要进一步延长观察时间进行比较。Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of fissure caries sealing with light -cure fluid resin sealant on dental caries in children .Methods One hundred and twenty children （aged 6 ~10 years） with dental caries who were treated in our hospital from May 2013 to June 2014 were divided into trial group （ n =60） and control group （ n =60） according to random number table .The patients in trial group were treated by fissure caries sealing with light -cure fluid resin sealant,however,the patients in control group were treated by fissure caries sealing with visible light sealant .The preventive and therapeutic effects were observed and compared between two groups after 2-year follow-up survey.Results For non-dental caries,the complete retention rate and partial retention rate of sealant in the first year and second year in trial group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈0.05）,moreover, the complete expulsion rate in the second year in trial group was significantly lower than that in control group （ P 〈0.05）.For early dental caries,the complete retention rate and partial retention rate of sealant in the first year and second year in trial group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈0.05）, moreover, the complete expulsion rate in the second year in trial group was significantly lower than that in control group （ P 〈0.05）.For non-dental caries and early dental caries , caries prevalence rates in the first year and second year in trial group were lower than those in control group ,but there were no significant differences between two groups （ P 〉0.05）.Conclusion The fissure caries sealing with light-cure fluid resin sealant has better stability ,moreover, the preventive and therapeutic effects need to be observed further .
