全局式护理模式在高龄老年患者结肠镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨全局式护理模式在高龄(≥80岁)老年患者肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法根据随机数字表法将60例行普通肠镜检查≥80岁高龄老年患者随机分为对照组和实验组各30例,对照组行常规护理,实验组实施全局式护理模式,比较两组病人的紧张、焦虑、恐惧程度,肠镜前端达回盲部所需时间,检查过程中耐受性及患者满意度。结果 60例普通肠镜检查病人全部顺利到达回盲部;两组患者在紧张、恐惧程度、进镜时间、耐受性及患者满意度等四方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全局式护理模式能提高肠镜检查病人的检查耐受性,有利于顺利完成检查过程,明显缩短诊疗时间,保证了护理质量和患者医疗安全,患者的满意率也明显高于实施传统护理的对照组。Objective To explore the effect of global type of nursing mode in patients 80 years of age or older with colonoscopy. Methods 60 patients with electronic colonoscopy were randomly divided into experimental group and con- trol group with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received global type of nursing mode. The level of tension, anxiety, fear, check tolerability, and satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups. Colonoscopy at the ileocecal valve required. Moreover, the time to ileocecal valve was also compared. Results All patients successfully completed examination. The tension, anxiety, fear, check tolerability, and satisfaction of patients in the experimental group were significantly improved （P〈0.05）. The time to ileocecal valve was also decreased in the experimental group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In electronic colonoscopy examination, the global type of nursing mode can improve the tolerance of examination and shorten the time of diagnosis and treatment. It is conducive to the successful completion of the inspection process. The nursing quality and patients＇ medical security is also improved. At last, satisfaction rate of patients received global type of nursing mode is higher than that of control group.
