创业者经验对创业机会识别的影响机制研究

摘　　要：基于现有创业经验学习理论,系统分析了创业者经验、创业学习、创业自我效能、创业机会识别四者之间的内在关系,构建了"创业者经验对创业机会识别的影响模型",深入探讨创业者经验对创业机会识别的作用机制。通过对宁夏地区四个城市的新创企业进行实地调研,实证结果表明创业者经验、创业学习、创业自我效能对创业机会的识别具有显著的正向影响;探索型学习、创业自我效能在创业者经验和创业机会识别之间起着部分中介作用,应用型学习在创业者经验和创业机会识别之间的起着完全中介作用。In this paper, based on existing experience learning theory, it analyzes the entrepreneur experience, entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial self- efficacy and entrepreneurial opportunity identification of the in - trinsic relationship between the four. The model which the entrepreneur experience influencing on entreprene - urial opportunity identification is constructed. It explores the mechanism of entrepreneur experience on the en - trepreneurial opportunity identification. Through the survey of the start - up in four cities of Ningxia, the empiri - cal results show that the entrepreneur experience, entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial self- effica- cy have significantly positive correlations with entrepreneurial opportunity identification. Exploring learning and entre - preneurial self - efficacy partially play a mediation effect between the entrepreneur experience and entrepreneur - ial opportunity identification. Exploiting learning completely play a mediation effect between the entrepreneur experience and entrepreneurial opportunity identification.
