摘 要:选取40日龄塞北乌骨鸡450只,分为5组,每组90只。每组设置3个重复,每个重复30只。各试验组日粮蛋白分别为低蛋白Ⅰ组(15.5%)、低蛋白Ⅱ组(16.0%)、中蛋白Ⅲ组(16.5%)、高蛋白Ⅳ组(17.0%)和高蛋白Ⅴ组(20.7%)。结果显示:中蛋白组的腺胃、肌胃和十二指肠重显著高于其他组(P<0.05),空肠重显著高于低蛋白组和高蛋白组(P<0.05),回肠重显著低于低蛋白组(P<0.05)。中蛋白组的大肠杆菌(回肠)的数量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),高蛋白组显著高于低蛋白组(P<0.05),而乳酸杆菌的数量为中蛋白组最多,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。日粮蛋白水平对消化道pH值的影响为中蛋白组的效果最好;Ⅲ组的腺胃pH值最低,显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组,分别为29.21%、23.60%、23.37%和26.52%(P<0.05)。日粮蛋白水平对塞北乌骨鸡的抗氧化功能具有显著的增强趋势,Ⅴ组的血清T-SOD含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组比Ⅰ、Ⅱ组显著高35.33%和32.47%(P<0.05)。胸腺指数:中蛋白组最高,分别比低蛋白组和高蛋白Ⅴ组显著高1.65%、11.42%、27.2%(P<0.05),与高蛋白Ⅳ组差异不显著(P>0.05);法氏囊指数:Ⅲ组分别比其他各组显著高5.14%、3.02%、8.16%、9.67%(P<0.05),低蛋白组和高蛋白Ⅳ组差异不显著(P>0.05);脾脏指数:高蛋白Ⅳ组最高,与中蛋白组差异不显著(P>0.05),分别比Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ组高14.04%、10.17%、8.33%(P<0.05),低蛋白Ⅱ组和高蛋白V组差异不显著(P>0.05)。新城疫抗体滴度:中蛋白组最高,分别比低蛋白组和高蛋白组高10.52%、7.93%、2.90%、3.66%(P<0.05),高蛋白Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可知,中蛋白日粮在塞北乌骨鸡的肠道内环境、抗氧化能力和免疫功能方面为较理想的添加剂量。This experiment was designed to study the effects of different protein levels on intestinal environment and antioxidant capacity of Saibei chicken, the 450 Saibei chicken (40-day-old) were randomly divided into five treatments with three replicates per treatment. Experimental groups were low-protein I group(15.5%) ,low-protein]] group(16.0 %) ,med-protein Ⅲ group(16.50%), high-protein Iggroup(17.0G)and high-protein V group (20.7%). The results showed that the glandular stomach, muscular stomach and duodenum weight in meal-protein group was significant- ly higher than other groups(P〈0.05) ,jejunum weight was significantly higher than the low andthe high-protein groups (P〈0.05),ileum weight was sig groups (P〈0.05). The number of E. coli (Ileum) of med nificantly lower than the low- protein protein group was than the other groups (P〈0.05),high-protein groups were significantly higher gnificantly lower han the low-pro- tein groups (P〈0.05), while the number of lactobacilli in med-protein group was significantly higher (P〈0.05)was more than other groups. Effects of med protein group on gastrointestinal pH were the best;glandular stomach in Ⅲ group pH was the lowest than Ⅰ , Ⅱ , 1V and V groups by 29.21%,23.60%,23.37% and 26.52%(P〈0.05),respectively. T-SOD content in V group was significantly higher than I , Ⅱand Ⅱ groups (P〈 0. 05), Ⅲ group was significantly higher than I and II groups by 35. 330/00 and 32.47% (P〈0.05). Compared with LP group and V group thymus index,inMPgroup were significantly increased by 1.65%,11.42%,27.2% (P〈0.05), respectively;bursa index in MP group was the highest ,which was significantly higher than other groups by 5.14-3.02%,8.16%,9.67% (P〈0.05) ;spleen index in iV group was the highest , respectively higher than LP groups and V Group by 26.56%, 12. 500,9.38%(P〈0.05).
