摘 要:对茶粕固态发酵生产微生物蛋白饲料的菌种进行筛选试验。结果表明:茶粕接入霉菌和酵母菌组成的混合菌种进行发酵可获得较多的菌体干重,其中尤以黑曲霉、米曲霉、绿色木霉和产朊假丝酵母组成的混合菌种发酵茶粕获得的菌体干重最多,可达到20.55 g/L左右。因此,选用这4种菌种作为茶粕发酵生产微生物蛋白饲料的最优混合菌种。An research for producing microbial protein feed was conducted by solid state fermentation using oil-tea-cake.The dry weight of microbial cells by different mixed fermentations were studied. The results showed that the dry weight of microbial cells in oil-tea-cake by compound culture of mierozyme and mildew was more than others.The best compound microbes was screened out,it included Aspergillus niger,Aspergillus oryzae, Trichoderma viride and Geotrichun candidum.When reaction time was 4 days, the dry weight of microbial cells in oil-tea-cake by the four microbes increased to 20.55 g/L.So the four microbes could be selected as the optimum compound microbes on producing microbial protein feed with oil-tea-cake.
