摘　　要：要加强高职院校思想政治理论课教学的实效性,思想政治理论课教师在教学过程中必须以教材为主要阵地,以教材体系向教学体系的转化为重点,把握好教材的系统性和针对性、知识性和思想性、深刻性和艺术性的关系。针对转化过程中存在的问题和差距,不断提高马克思主义理论素养,拓宽知识视野,提升研究能力,完善教学艺术,在教学中使学生做到真学、真懂、真信、真用。To strengthen the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and political theory course, teachers must see teaching materials as the main position in the teaching process, focus the transformation from the teaching material system to the iteaching system, grasp the relationship among the systematic and targeted, intellectual and ideological, profound and artistic. In view of the existing problems and gaps in the process of transformation, the teachers should constantly improve the quality of Marxist theory, broaden the horizons of knowledge, enhance research capacity, improve teaching art, make students really learn, really understand, really believe and really use during the teaching.
