摘  要:为快速判定受损钢桁架桥技术状态,研究了一种基于不确定层次分析法的通行能力评估方法。根据受损钢桁架桥的技术特点,结合通行荷载的要求,从承载性能、安全性能和人为因素等方面分析各因素对受损钢桁架桥通行能力的影响,构建了涵盖3个一级指标和11个二级指标受损钢桁架桥通行能力的指标体系;考虑受损钢桁架桥通行能力评估的不确定性,在层次分析法的基础上采用区间矩阵判断法计算指标权重,再通过变权综合法改善最终评估得分,表达了指标权重的模糊性并使最终权重和评分更贴近真实情况;通过实例分析,验证了指标体系的可行性和评估算法的优越性。To quickly determine the damaged steel truss bridge technique condition, this paper research a capacity evaluation based on uncertain analytic hierarchy process method. On the technical features of the damaged steel truss bridge, combining with from the aspects of analysis the requirements of the traffic load, bearing performance, safety and human factors of the factors influence on the damaged steel truss bridge capacity, the 3 first indicators and 11 secondary indicators damaged steel truss bridge capacity index system is built, considering the uncertainty of the damaged steel truss bridge capacity evaluation, on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process with interval judgment matrix method, the index weight is caculated, again through the variable weight synthesis, the final evaluation score is improved, the ambiguity of index weight is expressed and the final weight and comprehensive score is closer to the truth. Analyzed by application, the feasibility of the index system and the superiority of the evaluated algorithm is verified.
