层级培训在基层医院ICU护士能力培养中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨层级培训在基层医院ICU护士能力培养中的应用效果。方法选取2014年3月至2016年10月期间进行在岗层级培训的28名护理人员,根据学历、专科工作年限划分为N0、N1、N2、N3四个层级进行培训。比较层级培训前后的效果,包括医生对ICU护士抢救配合满意度以及临床护理质量考核分数。结果培训后,医生对ICU护士抢救配合满意度为96.43%,显著高于培训前的64.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后的临床护理质量考核分数明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层级培训应用于基层医院ICU护士能力培养中具有明显的效果,能够有效地提高ICU护士的专科理论水平和操作水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchy training on ability development for ICU nurses in primary hospital. Methods 28 nurses receiving hierarchy training on guard from March 2014 to October 2016 were selected and divided into four class with NO, N1, N2 and N3 according to their education and specialist working experience. The effect before and after hierarchy training, including the satisfaction degree of doctors towards ICU nurses on rescue coordination and scores of clinical nursing quality, was compared. Results The satisfaction degree of doctors towards ICU nurses on rescue coordination after training was 96.43%, significantly higher than 64.29% before training, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The scores of clinical nursing quality after training were significantly higher than those before training, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Hierarchy training in the application of ability development for ICU nurses in primary hospital has significant effect and can effectively improve the nurses＇ professional theoretical level and operation level, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
