摘　　要：中医心理学对于人格形成和人格功能的系统阐述主要见于《灵枢·本神》,人格是个体所独有的,别于他人的个性,它的形成与先天禀赋、后天外部环境密不可分。从中医心理学角度探讨人格的形成、发展与人格功能过程,阐述了表演型、依恋型、胆怯型、偏执型、强迫型、自恋型6类异常人格倾向的形成与特点,中医心理治疗情志疾病应从人格着手,体现了中医治病求本的思想。The systematic discussion on formation and function of personality in Chinese medicine psychology is mainly in Benshen section of the Miraculous Pivot （灵枢·本神）. Personality is unique to a particular individual, and it is different from others＇. Its formation is closely related to the congenital endowment and the growing environment. This article discusses the formation and development of personality as well as the personality functioning process in the viewpoint of Chinese medicine psychology. It states the formation and characteristics of 6 abnormal personality trends, including histrionic type, attachment type, timid type, paranoid type, obsessive-compulsive type and narcissistic type. Personality is the entrance to treat the emotional disorders in Chinese medicine psychology, which reflects the thought of ＂Chinese medicine searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment＂.
