摘  要:目的探索多糖、氨基酸、微量元素在荔波产两种铁皮石斛不同部位中的含量。方法应用硫酸-苯酚法测定多糖含量;酸水解-阳离子交换分离-茚三酮柱后衍生-外标法定性定量测定氨基酸种类及含量;原子吸收光谱法测定微量元素含量。结果两种铁皮石斛茎中的多糖含量在24.70%~28.99%之间,叶片多糖含量分别为12.94%和14.95%。氨基酸含量上茎分别为41.08mg/g和43.78 mg/g,下茎分别为23.33 mg/g和25.89 mg/g,叶片氨基酸含量最高,分别为92.32mg/g和96.96mg/g。两种铁皮石斛各部位均含有人体必需的7种微量元素K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn。结论荔波产两种铁皮石斛多糖含量茎中明显高于叶片,但在上下茎间差别不大;氨基酸在叶片中含量最高,下茎最低,但在相同部位差别不大;除Fe外,叶片中微量元素含量明显高于茎。Objective To investigate the contents of polysaceharides, amino acid and trace elements in Dendrobium officinale from Libo. Methods The eontents of polysaccharides were determined by phenol - sulphate acid method. The kinds and contents of amino acid were determined by amino acid analyzer after acid hydrolyzed, high performance cation change chromatography with ninhydrin post - column derivatization. Contents of essential trace elements were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry method. Results The polysaceharides and amino acids content measured in samples have little difference in the same parts. The polysaccharides in stems are in 24.70 % - 28.99% , in leaves are 12.94 % and 14.95% respectively. The total amino acids content of upperpart stems are 41.08mg/g and 43.78 mg/g, of lower part stems are 23.33 mg/g and 25.89 mg/g. The content of amino acids in leaves are 92.32mg/g and 96.96mg/g,it is significantly higher than that of stems. The results indicated that the necessary trace elements of K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn are found in all samples. Conclusion The content of polysaceharides in stems are more than that in leaves, but there are not significant differences between the upper and the lower part of the stems. The highest content of amino acids are in the leaves and the lowest are in the lower part of the stems, but there are not significant differences between the same tissues. The contents of elements in leaves are more than that in stems except Fe.
