积极心理学视野下研究生心理健康教育探析

摘　　要：研究生作为国家发展的希望和未来,心理健康问题却日益凸显。文章主要分析研究生进行心理健康教育的必要性,并从积极心理学的视野出发,探析了对研究生进行心理健康教育,要从导师师资队伍的优化、课程体系的完善、加强新媒体资源的利用、注重实践活动的开展、强化研究生的自我教育以及积极社会组织系统的建立等方面进行研究,以增强研究生积极的情绪体验和主观幸福感,提升他们的心理健康素质和水平。Graduate students as the hope and the future of a national development, mental health problems are becoming increasingly prominent. This paper analyzed the necessity of students＇ mental health education, and from the point of view of positive psychology, researched the psychological health education of graduate students, from optimizing of the tutor team, improving the curriculum system, strengthening the use of new media resources, focusing on practical activities, intensifying graduate students＇ self education, and establishing positive social organizational system, in order to enhance graduate students positive emotional experience and subjective well-being, and improve their mental health level and quality.
