虹膜根部断离以30G针头进行闭合式修复术临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察以30G针头进行闭合式修复术治疗虹膜根部断离（iridodialysis）的临床疗效。方法对眼挫伤所致虹膜根部断离19例（19只眼），手术于断离部的对侧透明角膜缘做切口，前房注入黏弹剂，展开皱褶的虹膜，以预先穿入10-0聚丙烯缝线的30G针头，自此切口进入前房，将断裂的虹膜根部缝合至相应巩膜瓣下。结果19例虹膜根部断离术后均复位，瞳孔呈圆形或近圆形。15例（78．95％）视力较术前提高。结论以30G针头进行闭合式虹膜根部断离修复术损伤小，操作简便，效果良好，并发症少。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of closed chamber repairing with 30 gauge needle for iridodialysis. Methods Iridodialysis repairing was performed in 19 eyes of 19 cases with closed globe injuries. Firstly the limbal corneal incision was made on the opposite site of iridodiastasis, then iris was recovered to the original position by viscoelastic fluid. The disinserted iris root was sutured to the anterior chamber angle by using 30 gauge needle with 104） polyprolylene suture. Results Iris root detachment in 19 cases was reset. Pupils were rehabilitated to round or nearly round. Best corrected visual acuity improved in 15 cases （78.95%）. Conclusion Closed chamber repairing with 30 gauge needle for iridodialysis is an easy and safe operation mode.
