眼部皮肤裂伤可调整缝线连续皮内缝合法

摘　　要：目的观察可调整可拆除缝线连续皮内缝合法在眼部皮肤裂伤应用的效果。方法2014年6月至2014年11月采用可调整缝线连续皮内缝合法对22例（22眼）双眼水平方向或斜向眼睑及眉弓皮肤裂伤进行一期清创缝合。结果22例均一期愈合，眼睑裂伤10例，眉弓裂伤12例，缝合后换药时调整缝线松紧度者8例（占36．36％）；随诊半年未遗留明显瘢痕，外表平整，皮下无硬块或结节，颜色与正常皮肤一致。结论眼睑及眉弓裂伤在外伤后及局麻后伤口局部肿胀，伤口对合的缝线松紧度难于准确估计，而可调整皮内连续缝合法可取得较好的效果。Objective To observe the efficacy of the adjustable continuous intradermal suture used to treat skin laceration around the eye. Methods Twenty-two eyes of 22 patients with horizontal or slanting skin laceration treated by adjustable continuous intradermal suture. All wounds were not contaminated, with no obvious tissue defect. Results The wounds of 22 patients were all healed after primary intent, which included 10 cases of eyelid laceration, and 12 cases of supraorbital ridge laceration. Of 8 cases （33.6%） , the tightness of surgical sutures was adjusted while dressing was changed. After 6 months of follow-up, no obvious scar was observed and no nodule was touched. The colour of scar was similar with normal skin. Conclusion The skin of eyelid laceration often swells after injury or local anesthesia. In order to close the wound exactly, the adjustable and removable continuous intradermal suture is developed. This operation is better than other suture methods in healing and appearance.
