摘　　要：由于高等医学教育的特殊性,使得临床医学教师充当着双重角色,既是医务工作者,又是教学工作者,两种角色在职业定位和社会定位上的不同导致临床医学教师出现角色冲突,进一步导致宏观的角色期望与具体的职业角色期望冲突、角色评价标准的冲突、角色行为与思维冲突。化解冲突的途径包括:医院层面以人才队伍建设、绩效评价和薪酬管理为重点改进管理制度,管理者层面做好临床与教学的平衡,个人层面通过专业化发展应对临床与教学的双重挑战。Clinical faculties have dual roles of medical practitioner and teacher due to the particularity of higher medical education.The two different roles on the career orientation and social orientation lead to role conflicts of clinical faculties,including the conflicts of role expectations on macro level and specific level,conflicts of role evaluation standards,conflicts between behavior and thinking.The resolutions for the problems include improving management systems of hospitals focused on talents training,performance evaluation and salary management,balancing clinical practice and teaching,strengthening individual professional development to meet the new challenges.
