摘　　要：文章以离婚家庭关系为背景,分析了农村留守儿童权利保护的理论价值,对我国农村留守儿童的保护现状进行分析,提出完善我国农村留守儿童权利保护的立法建议,以期更好地为保护农村留守儿童的合法权益尽微薄之力。With the divorced family ties as background, the theoretical value of the rights protection of the country-left-behind is analyzed. Based on the analysis of current situ- ation, suggestions of the legislation improvement are proposed to provide reference for their right protection.
