摘  要:目的探讨在中医专业认证导向下的《诊断学》数字化教学实践的认识。方法随机抽取我校临床医学专业的学生分为对照组与实验组。对照组学生进行教师制作Power Point课件,结合板书,并利用投影仪集中在课堂投放诊断相关的手法图片与视频的传统教学模式进行教学。实验组学生在传统教学模式的基础上引进数字化教学方法进行学习。学期末,对两组学生的期末考试成绩与自评调查问卷进行比较。结果期末考试结果显示,实验组学生的平均成绩、及格率与优秀率均优于对照组学生;自评调查问卷显示,实验组学生的兴趣、自信与实践能力均优于对照组。结论以中医专业认证导向下的《诊断学》数字化教学实践效果满意,能显著提高教学质量。Objective To discuss the certification under the guide of TCM diagnostics of the digital teaching practice. Methods The student of clinical medicine was randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group's teachers to prepare Power Point courseware, combined with blackboard writing, and use the projector is concentrated in the classroom on the technique of image and video related to diagnosis of traditional teaching mode of teaching. The experimental group students in traditional teaching mode on the basis of introducing the digital teaching method to study. At the end of the semester, two groups of students the final exam results comparing with self-reported questionnaire. Results The final exam results from the study showed that the average grades, pass and proficiency students superior to control group; Self-reported questionnaire showed that the experimental group students' interest, confidence and practice ability were better than the control group. Conclusion Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine, the digital teaching practice of diagnostics is satisfactory, which can improve the teaching quality.
