摘　　要：目的分析骨髓活检病理检查在多发性骨髓瘤诊断中的应用。方法选择2013年8月—2016年7月我院接受检查治疗的104例多发性骨髓瘤患者作为观察对象,获得患者的骨髓标本。对患者应用骨髓活检和涂片检查,了解患者的骨髓增生情况等结果。结果采用骨髓活检对于多发性骨髓瘤的诊断率以及增生程度判定高于骨髓涂片检查,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过骨髓活检能够准确的反映出浆细胞的增殖模式,对于多发性骨髓瘤具有很高的诊断率,对于提高疾病诊断率具有重要意义。Objective To apply bone marrow biopsy in the diagnosis of multiple myeloma. Methods From August 2013 to July 2016, 104 cases of multiple myeloma patients in our hospital were selected as observation objects. Bone marrow specimens obtained from patients. Bone marrow biopsy and smear examination, to understand the results of bone marrow hyperplasia. Results The diagnostic rate of bone marrow biopsy for multiple myeloma was higher than that of bone marrow smear, between groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionBone marrow biopsy can accurately reflect the proliferation of plasma cells, it has a high diagnostic rate for multiple myeloma, it is of great significance to improve the diagnostic rate of the disease.
