摘　　要：目的针对低位直肠癌保肛手术术式的选择以及应用效果展开观察及分析。方法选取我院采取低位直肠癌保肛手术治疗的患者66例作为本次研究对象。依据不同的治疗方案,将所有患者分成应用腹腔镜下双吻合器手术治疗的研究组,以及应用经肛门结肠肛管吻合术(Parks术)治疗的参照组,两组各33例患者。观察对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者手术时间、半年内局部复发率均优于参照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组并发症发生率高于研究组(P<0.05);两组患者中未产生死亡病例,术后的排便功能均恢复良好(P>0.05)。结论针对实施低位直肠癌保肛手术的患者而言,应用合适的手术方案能够显著的减少手术难度并降低并发症发生率,确保良好的治疗安全性,提升患者生存质量。Objective To observe and analysis for rectal cancer surgery choice and application effect. Methods 66 cases patients with rectal cancer by surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the study object. According to the different treatment, all the patients were divided into treatment group of double stapling surgery abdominal endoscopy. And the application of transanal coloanal anastomosis（Parks） treatment group with the reference group, 33 casesin each group. The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results The operation time and the local recurrence rate in the study group were better than those in the reference group, between groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The complication rate of the reference group was higher than that of the study group（P〈0.05）. No deaths occurred in two groups, postoperative defecation function was good（P〉0.05）. Conclusion For the implementation of sphincterpreserving surgery for low rectal cancer patients, surgical plan was suitable to significantly reduce the difficulty of operation and to reduce the incidence of complications, to ensure the safety of the treatment of good, to improve the quality of life of patients.
