新辅助化疗在晚期卵巢癌治疗中应用效果与临床优越性研究

摘　　要：目的剖析晚期卵巢癌用新辅助化疗法的疗效。方法选取我院收治晚期卵巢癌患者60例作为研究对象,并将其随机均分为甲、乙两组。两组卵巢癌减瘤术、术后化疗方案均相同,甲组术前加用新辅助化疗法。分析比较两组患者的疗效。结果甲组临床疗效、胸腹水控制效果与术后肿瘤残留情况均优于乙组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将新辅助化疗法积极用于晚期卵巢癌中,有助于患者病情的恢复。Objective To analyze the curative effect of advanced ovarian cancer with neoadjuvant chemotherapy method. Methods 60 cases of patients with advanced ovarian cancer in our hospital were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into A group and B group. Two groups of ovarian cancer cytoreductive surgery, postoperative chemotherapy regimens are the same, a preoperative combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, to analyze and compare the curative effect on two groups of patients. Results The clinical curative effect, ascites control effect and postoperative residual tumor in A group was better than that in B group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Neoadjuvant therapy for advanced ovarian cancer is helpful to the recovery of the patient＇s condition.
