摘　　要：目的探讨新辅助化疗联合手术治疗宫颈癌的效果及对患者生存质量的影响。方法对照组行经腹腹腔镜宫颈癌手术,术后进行放化疗。观察在对照组基础上于术前采取新辅助化疗。比较2组患者的手术效果和生存质量。结果观察组患者的手术质量和近期疗效均优于对照组,观察组患者的生存质量优于对照组。结论新辅助化疗与手术联合应用,在提高宫颈癌患者的手术效果、术后的生存质量和预后方面均有确切疗效,值得在临床进行推广。Objective To analyze the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and surgery for cervical cancer and its effect on quality of life .Methods The control group received transabdominal laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer ,and the observa-tion group received neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the basis of the control group before surgery .Surgical outcome and survival qual-ity of the 2 groups were compared .Results The operation quality and short-term curative effect in the observation group were better than those of the control group .Quality of life score was higher in the observation group .Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemo-therapy combined with surgery has exact curative effect on improve the surgical effect ,postoperative survival quality and prognosis of cervical cancer ,and it is worthy of clinical promotion .
