中央型肺癌的CT增强扫描诊断及价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨CT增强扫描在中央型肺癌诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析120例中央型肺癌患者的CT增强扫描结果,并与常规手术病理的诊断结果进行比较分析。结果螺旋CT增强扫描能有效地进行诊断和病理分期,以手术病理诊断结果为标准,中央型肺癌各分期CT扫描诊断符合率分别为87.7%、80.6%、88.0%、85.7%,平均诊断符合率达85.5%。结论采用CT增强扫描对各期中央型肺癌进行临床诊断准确率较高,且能进行有效准确分期,值得临床进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore the CT enhanced scan in the diagnosis of central type lung cancer and value analysis . Methods Retrospective analysis of 120 cases of central type lung cancer patients CT enhanced scan results were conducted ,and compared with conventional surgical pathology diagnosis analysis .Results Spiral CT enhanced scan was effective in diagnosis and pathological staging ,on the basis of surgical pathology diagnosis , the central type lung cancer CT scan detection rate were 87.7%,80.6%,88.0%,85.7%,the average detection rate was 85.5%.Conclusion CT enhanced scan of each phase of cen-tral type lung cancer has higher clinical diagnostic accuracy with effective and accurate staging ,it is worthy of further promotion and clinical application .
