摘　　要：肾根治性切除及下腔静脉癌栓取出术是治疗肾细胞癌合并下腔静脉癌栓患者的主要措施,腹腔镜技术的应用大大缩短了患者的恢复周期,也并不影响治疗效果。自2014年开始,北京大学第三医院泌尿外科积极开展完全腹腔镜肾根治性切除及下腔静脉癌栓取出术,本文结合国内外文献将腹腔镜肾根治性切除及Ⅱ级下腔静脉癌栓取出术的手术步骤及技术要点进行阐述。Radical nephrectomy plus inferior vena cava thrombectomy is the standard treatment for renal cell carcinoma complicated with inferior vena cava tumor thrombus.The application of laparoscopic technology can greatly reduce the patients＇ recovery cycle without impairing the treatment effect.Since 2014,we have actively developed pure laparoscopic radical nephrectomy and inferior vena cava thrombectomy.In this article,we will illustrate the surgical steps and key points of laparoscopic radical nephrectomy and gradeⅡinferior vena cava thrombectomy.
