牙缺失伴牙周病的牙列缺损患者应用套筒冠修复的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析套筒冠修复牙缺失伴牙周病的牙列缺损患者的效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年2月治疗的牙缺失伴牙周病的牙列缺损患者82例,随机分为观察组(41例)与对照组(41例),观察组给予套筒冠修复,对照组给予传统活动义齿修复。观察两组患者修复前后牙周袋深度、牙齿松动度以及修复后的效果。结果:观察组患者修复后的牙周袋深度(2.30±0.60)mm,低于对照组牙周袋深度(3.80±0.90)mm(P<0.05);对照组患者的牙齿不松动率为80.49%、修复后总有效率为51.22%,观察组患者牙齿不松动率为87.80%、修复后总有效率为60.98%,对照组患者的牙齿不松动率、总有效率低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:套筒冠修复可以有效改善牙缺失伴牙周病的牙列缺损患者牙齿松动度,降低其牙周袋深度。Objective：to analyze the effect of telescopic crown restoration on dentition defect and periodontal disease. Methods：82 cases dentition defect and periodontal disease treated from January 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group （41 eases） and the control group （41 cases） . The observation group was treated with the telescopic crown while the control group was treated with the traditional den- ture, the depth of periodontal pocket, the degree of tooth mobility and the effect befol＂e and after repair compared. Results ： the depth of periodontal pocket in the observation group （2.30 ＋ 0.60） mm was lower than that in the control group （3.80 ~ 0.90 ） ram ; the teeth loosening rate and the total effective rate after restoration of the control group were 80.49 % and 51.22% respectively , lower than those of the observation group （ 87.80 % and 60.98 % respectively） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：Telescopic crown restoration can effectively improve tooth loss and reduce the depth of periodontal pocket in patients with dentition defect and periodontal disease.
