摘　　要：针对基于LTE体制的卫星移动通信系统,对随机接入问题进行了分析讨论。针对GEO卫星通信中传播距离远、时延差大以及小区半径大等特点,分析了影响GEO卫星的LTE随机接入前导序列信号格式设计的因素。针对LEO卫星通信中存在大多普勒频移现象,分析了多普勒频移对随机接入信号检测的影响。最后,提出了一种消除多普勒频移为整数倍子载波间隔的解决方案。This paper analyzes and discusses the random access for mobile satellite communications system based on LTE system.In view of such characteristics of GEO satellite communication as long distance,large delay inequality,large cell radius,etc.,the factors that affect the design of LTE random access preamble signal format are analyzed. In view of large Doppler frequency shift in LEO satellite communication,the influence of Doppler frequency shift on random access signal detection is analyzed. Finally,this paper puts forward a solution of eliminating Doppler frequency shift with integer subcarrier spacing.
