摘  要:高职院校是基层和农村电商创业人才培养的主基地,"中国网店第一村"的创业实验室是政产学合作创新的新路径,其建立归根于高校主动发现多方共通的需求点并且加以实际推动,其运行最重要目的是将高校的知识转化为生产力,主动向外推广自己的服务和资源能力,其组织方式和结构为扁平化或部分网络状。新路径下,电子商务创业人才的培养打破了专业和学科界线,甚至跨校、跨部门、跨地区合作。创业实验室运行将个人的相互关系和零散的合作变为了常规化的工作,特点是主动、开放、互动和独立。政产学合作新路径的探索也面临诸多困难,这些困难的发现对其他高校有借鉴作用。Higher vocational colleges are the main bases for training electronic business entrepreneurial talents in grassroots and ru- ral area. The establishment of entrepreneurial laboratory, "the first village of online store in China", is the new path of political-in- dustrial-academic cooperation and innovation.It is rooted in the active discovery of multi-common demand points and actual pro- motion. The most important purpose of its operation is to transform the knowledge in colleges into productivity and take the initia- tive to promote their own services and resources. Its organization and structure is flat or network-like. Under the new path, the train- ing of e-business entrepreneurial talentsbreaks the professional and academic boundaries, which carries on cross-school, cross-de- partment and cross-areas cooperation. Entrepreneurial lab operation transforms personal relationships and fragmented cooperation into routine work, characterized by initiative, openness, interaction, and independence. The exploration of this new path of political- industrial-academic cooperation is facing many difficulties, which will have reference to other colleges and universities.
