长治市基层麻醉学科发展现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查并分析长治市二级医院麻醉学科发展现状,为我国基层麻醉发展提供参考。方法采用实地调研和问卷调查对长治市辖区29所二级医院麻醉学科的人力资源、业务开展、设备配置、学术发展等情况进行调查。结果回收问卷29份,回收率达100%。二级医院麻醉科普遍存在人力资源及设备配置不合理;业务开展局限;学术发展滞后等问题。结论长治市基层麻醉学科建设亟待发展。Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of anesthesiology in secondary hospital in Changzhi, and provide relevant references for the anesthesiology development from basic level. Methods Field investigation and questionnaire survey were used to investigate the human resources, business development, equipment configuration and academic development of the 29 secondary hospitals. Results A total of 29 questionnaires were recovered with recovery rate of 100%. there are unrea- sonable allocation of human resources and equipment, and the business development was limited, the academic development was lagging behind. Conclusion The development of the basic department of anesthesia in Changzhi is urgently needed.
