摘　　要：河北省粮食安全问题不仅关系到全省人民的生产生活,而且对全国的粮食安全问题也产生重要影响。为对河北省"十三五"粮食安全预测提供参考,分析"十二五"期间河北省粮食供求平衡,探索河北省粮食安全状况及其稳定性。结果表明:"十二五"期间河北省粮食宏观调控进一步增强,粮食市场基本稳定,粮食总产量的波动指数在±4%;除2012年外,每年河北省粮食基本供求平稳,略有剩余,粮食安全发展处于安全状态。Food security problem of Hebei Province not only relates to the production and living of entire province people, but also has important effects on the national grain security. In order to provide references for food security prediction in the 13^th five-year plan in Hebei Province, the authors analyzed the balance between supply and demand in the 12^th five-year plan, and explored the current status and stability of food security in Hebei Province. During the 12^th five-year period, the food macro adjusting was further strengthened, the food market was basically stable, the volatility index of total grain output was 4%, the supply and demand of grain in Hebei Province is smooth basically every year and has a little rest except 2012, the grain security development stays in a safe state.
