摘 要:挖坑机动态力学参数与其影响因素关系的研究 ,是一项重要的基础研究 .在自行研制的挖坑机动态力学参数测试试验装置上 ,采用传感器电测方法 ,通过计算机数据采集系统 ,实现对挖坑作业过程中力学参数的动态实时记录 .通过单因素试验和多因素正交试验相结合的方法 ,模拟生产现场作业条件 (不同钻头转速、钻头进给速度 ) ,得出作业参数与钻头的动态力学参数 (扭矩和进给阻力 )间的影响因素关系 .通过数据分析得出各影响因素与钻头动态力学参数间的数学关系 ,绘出关系曲线 ,作出曲线拟合方程 ,从而找出钻头动态力学参数达到最优时各影响因素值 ,为挖坑机设计提供理论依据 .It is important to study the relations between the digging machine's dynamic mechanical parameters and its influencial factors.On the tester developed by the authors,the paper takes the electromotive method by precision sensors and computer data logger system to make the real time data logger for the dynamic mechanical parameters during the whole digging process.Through the ways of combining single factor experiment and multi factor experiment,the local working conditions (different drill rotation speed and drill feed speed etc.)were simulated,and the relations between the digging machine's dynamic mechanical parameters and its influencial factors, the mathematic relations between drill's dynamic mechanical parameters and its factors were obtained.Then the paper draws out the relation curve graph,and works out the close curve equation,thereby to find out the effects' value when the drill's dynamic mechanical parameters achieve the best condition,and provide theoretic basis for designing digging machine. The advanced experiment ways and equipment bring forth a new idea in the field of digging machine's testing study .
