摘  要:对包含了139份芥菜型油菜(Brassica juncea L.)的重组自交系群体的部分农艺性状进行相关性和主成分分析。结果表明,在贵阳市所处环境条件下,不同株系的开花期、每角粒数、株高和千粒重表现出较大的变异,主成分分析将它们划入到3个群中。Pearson相关性分析显示株高与开花期呈显著正相关,而千粒重与开花期和每角粒数则呈极显著负相关。Conelation ananlysis and principal component analysis of the agronomic traits of one F5 recombinant inbred lines of B. juncea were carried out. The results showed that, in Guiyang environment, the agronomic traits of these lines showed great variation, which were further divided into three groups according to the PCA (Principal Component Analysis) analysis. The Pearson correlation analysis indicated that the plant height and flowering time were significantly positively correlated, the thousand seed weight with flowering time and seed number of each pot were significantly negatively correlated,
