不切断的Roux-Y胃空肠吻合术预防反流性胃炎的探讨

摘　　要：目的研究不切断的ROUX-Y胃空肠吻合术预防反流性胃炎的疗效。，方法选择我院2014年1月～2016年2月收治的反流性胃炎的患者6例作为研究对象，将其分为实验组和对照组，各3例。对照组患者给予毕Ⅱ式胃肠吻合术进行预防，实验组患者给予不切断的ROUX-Y胃空肠吻合术预防，比较两组患者胃液含有胆汁情况。结果实验组患者出现胆汁现象l例，而对照组患者全部出现了胆汁的现象43例，实验组明显低于对照组，实验组出现胆汁反流、水肿、轻度吻合口炎等现象明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论不切断的ROUX．Y胃空肠吻合术能够很好的预防反流性胃炎，且近期和远期效果均较好，值得推广应用。Objective To research the clinical effect 0fprevention of reflux gastritis without cutting ROUX-Y gastrojejunostomy.Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to February 2016 during the period of the 6 cases of reflux gastritis patients were divided into experimental group （n=3） and control group （n=3）, the control group patients with Biliroth Ⅱ type gastrointestinal anastomosis for prevention.Results Postoperative gastrointestinal pressure observation of gastric juice was found to stop the patients in the experimental group had 1 cases of the bile, and control All 43 cases were appeared bile phenomenon,the two groups were statistically significant difference （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Cut the ROUX-Y gastrojejunostomy can prevent good reflux gastritis, and the short-term and long-term The results are good, it is worth popularizing.
