供给侧改革视域下职教师资培训基地建设的实践探索——以S大学为例

摘　　要：职教师资培训基地建设是职教师资队伍建设的基础性工程。调查显示,供给侧改革视域下培训基地建设存在区域供给不均衡、服务供给不精细、课程供给不适切、供给主体缺位等结构性矛盾。为加强培训基地建设,应完善现代职教师资培训体系以推进制度供给;瞄准职校教师专业发展需求以发力精准供给;创新"双师型"师资培训机制以加大有效供给;推进职教师资专业化发展以加强优质供给,从而形成丰富、多元、开放的新供给结构,让基地供给体系适应教师培训需求结构变化。Construction of vocational teacher training base is the basic project of teaching staff construction. The survey shows that construction of vocational education teacher training base under the perspective of supply-side reform has structural contradictions,such as imbalanced regional supply, poor service supply, inappropriate curriculum supply and lack of supply subject. To strengthen the construction of training base, we should improve the system of modern vocational taching staff training system in order to promote the systemsupply, aim at vocational school teachers＂ professional development requirements to ensure accurate supply and create ＂double- type＂ teaching training mechanism to increase the effective supply, promote vocational teachers＂ professional development to get better supply so that we can form a new abundant, muhielement and open supply structure,which can make base-supply system keep up with the demands of vocational teacher training.
